Niko is the architect behind WaBot’s AI performance, ensuring the chatbot understands, responds, and adapts just like a real salesperson. As our lead AI Engineer, he’s responsible for training, optimizing, and fine-tuning the conversational engine that powers every customer interaction.
With a deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, Niko combines technical precision with a strong understanding of user behavior. He constantly pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with AI—making sure WaBot delivers accurate, human-like conversations 24/7.
